theta. Awarded GSA IT-70 Contract Vehicle

Theta is excited to announce that we have been awarded a contract on GSA’s Federal Supply Schedule 70 for IT Professional Services through the Start-up Springboard. This award enables Federal Agencies and even state and local governments to work directly with Theta to modernize old or build new digital infrastructures, build modern digital solutions, purchase our agile development and DevOps services, and procure data analytics services.

The GSA establishes long-term, government-wide contracts with commercial vendors like Theta to streamline and standardize the process of procuring products and services for the entirety of the Federal government. A GSA Schedule contract award is the culmination of a rigorous process by which the GSA carefully evaluates companies to determine their proficiency and suitability as vendors. This assessment covers all aspects of a corporation’s capabilities, including organizational structure, performance history, customer satisfaction, pricing support, and financial strength. The IT-70 Start-up Springboard allows government agencies to directly purchase Information Technology consulting services from trusted IT start-ups companies that utilize the latest technologies that normally wouldn’t qualify as a traditional GSA IT-70 contractor.

“This is awesome! Theta is excited to provide easier ways for the entire public-sector market to find and purchase our services with this award; it’s like a hunting license!” Emmanuel “Mannie” Iroanya, the Managing Member of Theta, said. “With this streamlined access to our IT Services, all government agencies will be able to buy high-quality solutions and services that will provide immediate hands-on value.”

About the IT Schedule 70 Startup Springboard:

Making It Easier: IT Schedule 70 Startup Springboard
The GSA wants to get the latest technologies to federal agencies faster, so we get innovative IT companies with fewer than two years of experience onto IT Schedule 70.

You can now:

  • Use your executives and key professionals’ professional experience to substitute for two years of corporate experience;
  • Use key personnel’s project experience to substitute for relevant corporate past performance; and
  • Provide financial documentation that demonstrates your company’s financial responsibility instead of submitting two years of financial statements.
